So (Langhaar war bereits abgeschliffen)sieht das Modell eigentlich aus, es stellt ein Tennessee Walking Horse dar, das seine rassetypische Gangart, den Walk, zeigt.
Wie man sehen kann, ist die dargestellte Bewegungsphase sowohl einer Phase des Schritts als auch des Galopps recht ähnlich.
So war es relativ leicht, ihn in die schnellere Gangart zu befördern:
Dies ist der erste Schritt, bei dem die spätere Haltung grob angepeilt wird.
Die Beine wurden in die Galopp-Phase verändert und das gesamte Pferd geradegerichtet (wendet sich vorher insgesamt nach links) und eine ganz leichte Stellung nach Rechts angedeutet, mit der er nachher auch geritten korrekt aussehen wird.
Die Acryl-stützen deuten den Galoppsprung an, ich muss die Längen davon aber nochmal bearbeiten.
Als nächstes werde mal den Hals in Angriff nehmen...

Turning a Stone TWH into something new, by changing the walk into a fresh canter.
These images show the very raw first stage, which illustrates where this customized horse will be going, so to speak, and with the help of these pics my idea for this horse becomes visible a little.
So far, I have changed his legs according to the canter and have testingly set him on little pegs- need to adjust the heights of these, though.
I also straightened the whole horse, which was leaning to the left, and gave him a minimal (and desired under saddle) inflection to the right, as this is right hand canter.
Lots of work to be done all over him, and next I shall tackle his neck, I think.
